Firefly electric insect killers are designed to meet the needs of the full range of commercial and industrial applications and use the highest quality components including stainless steel cases as standard. They operate by attracting flying insects with Ultra Violet light and killing them with a high tension (4000v) electric shock. Units should be sited in the darkest part of any room where UV light can reach all areas to be protected. Lamps have an effective life of about one year in continuous use. Shatterproof lamps available. All components are UV resistant and all products are supplied with a 2 year guarantee (excluding lamps).
