Airflow, pressure development, sound characteristics, electrical integrity, mechanical safety and electro-mechanical compatibility are evaluated against internationally recognised standards - verifying performance data which is then published to help customers make informed product choices. Once refined, new products are then manufactured to the highest quality. The majority of all manufacturing takes place at Vent-Axia's two production facilities in the UK - one of which is dedicated to metals, the other to plastics. They also build their own heat recovery cells, to ensure the highest performance levels. End of line test procedures (and adherence to Quality Control BS/EN ISO9001:2000) are important to Vent-Axia as well as to their discerning customers.
