Xpelair's brand new generation of 100mm SELV Slimline fans complete with long life Ultra DC motors are one of the lowest profile fans on the market. With an external projection of only 14mm and a sylish white finish the range will meet any design criteria.

DC range is capable of intermittent or continuous ventilation with an optional pre-selected trickle function and boost speed selectable at point of installation. Easy to install and maintain the range is perfect for new build use in bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets and other small rooms. Complete with 3 speed settings and multiple control options this range will fit all build applications. Suitable for wall or ceiling mounting.

Humidistat models adjustable from 65-85% RH, timer options adjustable up to 30 minutes and PIR sensors for less populated areas are all available. Complete with internal backdraft shutters these DC models can be fitted as an AC alternative to ensure energy savings for the homeowner while simultaneously contributing to Government goals of low carbon homes.

These units meet Building Regulations for bathrooms, shower rooms, toilets and other small rooms and all models are suitable for a supply voltage of 220-240V 50Hz and ambient temperatures of 50°C.
